I get angry too much at the stupid things I see on tv,somethings people say and/or do…But I am not violent…I just speak my peace and go on…I guess thats how I deal with it…speak my peace and move on…I seem to need work on this because I am very tense most of the time…Please Pray for me…Thank you for sharing this video…it did make me laugh and I do like the song..”Don’t Worry,Be Happy”

At work I sometimes feel like the first guy in the video dealing with his computer. Waiting on it to load and pull up information I need nearly drives me crazy sometimes. I need to become more patient, being impatient is what I would have to say sparks anger in me.

I have to step away. If that means locking myself in the bathroom that’s what I do…for everyone’s safety :) I now stay at home with our son but when I worked I had several times when I would close my office door and just breath and pray. Even if that prayer was just, “okay God, control this.”

This made me laugh SO hard!! I’m not an easily angered person, but def. get frustrated with drivers going under the speed limit and some other small things.
